Repetição, hedonismo, alienação, anulação, silêncio. Um mundo, onde tudo se transforma em mercadoria, deixa de ter valor por suas qualidades individuais e passa a ser valorizado apenas por sua aceitação de mercado. Esse é o mundo do aparelho, onde uma nova forma de pensamento modifica, a cada dia, nossas relações internas e externas.

Baseado nessa forma de pensamento: automatizada, aleatória, programada e programadora, cartesiana e granular, foi criado Apparatus, Aleatorius. Programado em max/msp para ser um jogo que produz música: música aleatória, criada dentro de um universo cartesiano; programada para ser granular e caótica; automatizada, mas gestual; explora as contradições trazidas por essa nova forma de pensar, interessante porém perigosa, por sua capacidade de, tanto expandir tremendamente o intelecto humano, quanto de idiotizá- lo, em seu convite à alienação do jogo de simples permutações de conceitos pré-estabelecidos.

Repetition, hedonism, alienation, nullification, silence. A world where everything is turned into merchandise and things are no longer appreciated by individual qualities but for its market acceptance. This is the world of the apparatus, where a new kind of reasoning changes, day by day, our internal and external relations.

Apparatus, Aleatorius was created based on an automatized, random, programmer, arranged, coordinated, granular thinking; Made in max/msp to be a game which produces music: aleatory music created in a cartesian world; programmed to be granular and chaotic; automatized but gestural; music that explores the contradictions brought by this new way of thinking, interesting for its capacity to widely expand the human intelect, but dangerous and potentially idiotic, by its invitation to the alienation of a game of simple permutations of established concepts.
